The decree of the Grand Master No. 5/IX/2009

On the 25th September 2009

The Grand Master of the Order of St. Stanislas Jan Zbigniew Count Potocki in accordance with the Constitution of the Order dated 1999, and additions of 2004 and 2006, officially dissolve the Council of the Grand Cross of Merit with Crowns of the Order of St. Stanislaus and the Grand Cross of Merit with Crowns of OStS. The following members are discharge from all duties and activities of this Council: Chairman of the Council: Knight Dr. Stanisław Stawowiak, Secretary of the Council: Knight Prior Andrzej Szkoda Members of the Council: Knight Prior Ing. Lech Adam Grzybowski, Knight Prior Henryk Muszyński, Knight Witold Piotrkowicz with immediate effect.

Decree No. 5/IX/2009 from 25th September 2009 dismisses all other previous Decrees in this case.

Given in our magisterial Seat at Zurich, Swiss, and this day in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Nine.
